2. You are required to earn two points each month. One of these points must come from attending a project. The
3. You are allowed to miss one meeting only. After your 1st missed meeting, you will begin getting strikes for each meeting you do not attend.
4. In order to participate in projects and drives, you must sign your name on the designated project and drive sheets on the Key Club board on the second floor, by room 205.
5. When you do attend a project, be sure to sign-in with the project leader. One of the officers will be at every project. This is the proof we have of who has attended which projects.
6. If you sign up for a drive, you are obligated to bring the indicated drive items. After you have signed up on the Key Club board, and once you have placed the drive materials in the indicated box in Mrs. Gnaedig’s room (210) make sure you somehow attach your name and grade to the item (tape or a safety pin is a good way to do this). DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE ITEM. This is the only way we will know you brought the drive items, and consequently, if you do not sign the sheet or attach your name on the item you will not receive a point.
STRIKES
Ways to receive a strike:
1. Miss more than one meeting (1 strike)
2. Receive zero points in a month (2 strikes)
3. Receive only one point in a month (1 strike)
4. Sign-up for a drive, and don’t bring the drive items. (1 strike)
5. Sign-up for a project, and don’t attend. (1 strike)
6. Sign-up for a drive, bring the drive items, and don’t attach your name and grade to the object. (1 strike)
